He is the first HR professional in India to innovate this idea of having Talent Exchange™ Portal, Talent Exchange Employment Newspaper Weekly, and Employment Journalist called, Udhyogmithra™. Smt. Radhika Rajani Pasam is aged 39 years and did her Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources. She has worked in collecting the resumes of the both active and passive Job seekers, coordinating with them for the resume writing, selection process etc. She is the founding member and Vice President of STG’s CSR division, Venche Foundation.
